Earlier in 2018 SOMAS were awarded for the “Deal of The Year# by the Chamber Of Commerce in Värmland.
The award is given to a company that has “made a deal out of the ordinary” In our case this was the record setting order we recived from BillerudKorsnäs which we announced late last year.
The Chamber Of Commerce in Värmland writes, in part:
“The winner of the Deal Of the Year award are based in Värmland but have customers all over the world. Wholehearted efforts related to quality, efficency and product development has once again proved to be a winning concept to gain customers trust”…
“This particular deal is one of gigantic proportions and in terms of the sheer number of individual valves ordered by BillerudKorsnäs, it is the single largest deal SOMAS has made in company history”.
The award was accepted by Lars Hägg on behalf of the entire company. We are very proud of our achievement and grateful for the award!
