Service and support

All development and manufacturing of Somas’ valves and other products are carried out by our own employees, which is the reason why nobody knows our products better than we do. If you allow us take care of the servicing of your products, we guarantee that the service work will be performed in a professional manner.

Our offering

We assist our customers with everything from removal and start-up of systems to repairs and maintenance, either on site or in our own service workshop. Our service concept also offers replacement valves, which means that we allow our customers to trade in their old valves, after which we supply refurbished ones with a “good as new” warranty. Our range of services is key to extending the service life of our products, minimising the stock of spare parts, reducing downtime and reducing replacement costs for our customers.

Service that fits your needs

You choose the level of service that suits you. Do you want us to carry out an inspection and draw up a plan of action? Would you like us to handle repairs on site or in our service workshop? We can also review your spare parts stock and minimise your need for spare parts. You decide and select the service to fit your needs.

Instructional videos

How do you replace a soft seat, a spring washer or a ball segment on a Somas ball segment valve? How do you install and set up our valves? We have a number of instructional videos that will make it easier for you to maintain your valves.

Service packages

Do you want to make a well informed and safe purchase, secure in the knowledge that we will quickly assist you in the event of any issues with our products? In that case, you should complement your Somas products with a service package. Our service team will help you with emergency service procedures, preventive maintenance and training, as required.
