EGR valves

By recirculating some of the exhaust gas back to the engine’s intake side, NOx emissions are reduced to meet Tier III emissions standards.

Somas’ exhaust gas valves are used for shutting off and regulating this recirculation flow. The tightness of the valves throughout the temperature range of the process is of utmost importance and is a key factor as regards the functionality of the EGR system.
