Somas has been manufacturing valves since the mid-1950s. Back then, the sole focus was on valves and other equipment for the pulp and paper industry. This industry and the collaboration with our customers have been extremely important for Somas and have largely shaped the traditional valve range, which is renowned for the use of acid-proof stainless steel for components that come into contact with various media.

All development and manufacturing of Somas’ valves and other products are carried out by our own employees, which is the reason why nobody knows our products better than we do.
